ABOUT NAT'S YOGA

Connecting to Mind, Body and Breath

As a yoga teacher I have a continual thirst for learning about movement, the body, brain and breath.  My classes are easily accessible for beginners as I always offer freedom and options. My specialist area of interest is Women's Yoga.

I am a Hatha trained Yoga Alliance Teacher.  Depending on the class I often bring inspiration from Yoga Nidra, Kundalini, Vinyasana flow, Yin Yoga, Qi gong and Rewilding Human Movement. The classes always end with an extended relaxation.

I believe yoga is not just an opportunity to do an exercise class but an opportunity to connect with yourself. I encourage students to become aware of their own body, breath and mind so as to feel ownership of the movement and take it into their everyday lives. Yoga can have a deep and profound impact on our physical and mental health when we embody it.

Lovely reviews from my lovely students

Having never done yoga before I wasn't sure what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised. Natalie made me feel at ease and explained each move in detail.
