How to book

Just click on the class you wish to book.

You can book a block booking for evening sessions and day sessions. This makes sure you have a space in class, the classes are sustainable, builds community and helps commit you to your practice.

Tuesday Morning classes have option for weekly booking.

When block booking you will need to select the start date of your block booking. Block bookings are consecutive dates in one month and there is no refund from bookings but I will try find another class for you to make up your missed class that week if possible.

    • 3 consecutive classes - 2nd, 9th, 16th December only
  • Tues Morning Women - DECEMBER

    Gentle movement specifically for women. Stretch, Build strength, Restore and Relax
    Valid for one month
    • 3 consecutive classes - 3rd, 10th, 17th DECEMBER only
  • Thur - Beginner/Intermediate - DECEMBER

    Beginner to Intermediate, a relaxed mixed class. Gentle, strong, mindful movement and breathing for relaxation
    Valid for one month
    • 3 Consecutive classes - 5th, 12th, 19th December only
  • Women's Yoga Wed- DECEMBER

    Prioritise your self care with loving movement, breath and meditation.
    Valid for one month
    • 3 weeks - 4th, 11th, 18th December
