Harp Yoga

Im so excited to offering this special opportunity once again to experience guided mindful movement and meditation with the angelic sound of the harp.

We will welcome you with some Mugwort tea and then Gareth will play the harp intuitively as I lead a gentle yoga practice. 

This will lead into a deep harp led meditation. After we will share our experiences with tea and a sweet treat.

This will be a deep winter offering with more slower, intentional, nourishing  movement. With some winter themed sharings. 

Don't worry,  we will be super snuggly inside our beautiful space.
