Having never done yoga before I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Natalie made me feel at ease and explained each move in detail. My whole body was stretched and relaxed! The pace was perfect after a hectic day and the savasana at the end was amazing. I was able to let go of the day and just be mindful which I never do but the benefits are fantastic! Thank you, Natalie. I am converted.

Natalie's yoga sessions are deeply restorative whilst being informative in a way I haven't experienced before. She is able to talk you through your body so that you honour what feels right for you and she has such an intuitive feel for her practice. I really recommend this class if you want to learn about yoga and the wonderful things it does for your body and mind.

Nat creates a supportive female space for gentle movement and yoga. The class is perfect for beginners and for those with an interest in divine feminine energy. If you need a class to give you a warm hug, this is the one for you!

Anyone looking to "have a go" at yoga would be hard pushed to find a more welcoming and enjoyable
class than NAT'S YOGA.  
I come away feeling about three inches taller and much more relaxed than when I arrived and always look forward to going.
We're encouraged to do what we can so those with experience and perhaps age on their side move mindfully and gracefully while I watch and marvel! 
Two sessions in I can now marvel at what I can do thanks to Natalie's kind and professional instruction.
